Reservation Policy
The $500 deposit required to secure your spot for a retreat is non-refundable. However, the deposit may be transferred to another retreat or to a friend if a notice of at least 90 days before the original retreat's start date is provided.
There is minimum number of guests required, if this number is not hit, Calypso Palms have the right to change dates, and if this cannot work for the guest, guest is able to cancel with their deposit refunded.
Payment Terms
Payment must be received in full and must be made at least 90 days prior to the retreat commencement. If the retreat commencement date is less than 90 days away, full payment is required to secure the booking.
Cancellation Policy
If a cancellation is made more than 90 days before the scheduled arrival date, you are eligible for a 50% refund of the deposit if your place can be filled by another participant. If the spot remains unfilled, the entire deposit will be forfeited. No refunds or transfers will be granted for cancellations made within this 90-day period.
Transfer of Deposit
If you wish to transfer your deposit to another retreat or to a friend, a written request must be submitted at least 90 days prior to the original retreat's start date. The transferred deposit must be used within 12 months of the original retreat's start date.
Requesting a Transfer
To request a transfer of your deposit to another retreat or to a friend, please contact us via email or phone with the necessary details and preferences. The availability of the desired retreat or the friend's participation will be subject to approval and availability.
No-Show Policy
If you fail to arrive for the retreat without prior notice or approval, your entire payment will be forfeited, and no transfers or refunds will be granted.
Age Requirement
Guests must be at least 18 years of age to attend a Calypso Palms retreat.
Changes and Amendments
We reserve the right to modify or amend these deposit, payment, and cancellation policies at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately and will apply to all future retreat reservations.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in is at 2:00 pm on the day of arrival. Check-out is at 10:00 am on the day of departure.
Health and Safety
Calypso Palms Health Retreat is a health-oriented facility. Guests with medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or any other special requirements must inform us at the time of booking.
Liability
Calypso Palms Health Retreat is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings, illness, injury, or death incurred during the stay. Guests are responsible for their own travel insurance.
Termination of Stay
Calypso Palms Health Retreat reserves the right to terminate the stay of any guest who violates the health and safety policies or engages in disruptive behaviour. In such cases, the guest will not be entitled to a refund.
